A snap shot of our collections, brides and features
My phone beeped - an email from Aisling at Butterfly photography with just one picture from the day. Breathtaking, it had been a busy day but it was all worth it for that one amazing image of our cold January day photoshoot
Inspiration for the day started back in November. A meet up with Stacey from Making Faces Gorey got us all excited to collaborate again. So I started designing. I wanted warmth, tranquility. I choose soft tulle in warm gold, heavy silk crepes in creamy tones and finally luxurious silk velvet in pale pink. From there I draped and played with the fabric till a dress was formed.
The day began early with fires burning at Murphy's Barn to keep Prima model Natalia warm while Catriona from Headrush.ie and Stacey from Making Faces Gorey worked their magic.
Event stylist and florist Sharon from Frog Prince Events whipping up our bouquet and floral crown .....one amazingly talented lady
It's was our photographer Aisling's idea to take a trip to the beautiful Raven Nature Reserve and Curracloe beach. Teamed with the amazing weather and Butterfly photography's talent these images where dreamy perfection.
So much fun working with all of these super talented artists. When let loose to imagine and create their magical touch shines through. Check their work out below or on our blog for more images of the day.

One of the best perks of my job is when you get to collaborate with some of the most talented suppliers. Giving us creatives an opportunity to explore and indulge ourselves, to dream and delighted.
So with that in mind, at the start of the summer I teamed up with Tara Aherne Photography with a vision of a classic, regal wedding shoot.
On a rare sunny day in early summer we had Prima Models Ashlea and Simon put into the talented hands of Stacey from Making faces Gorey and Michelle O’Halloran hairstylist.
To set our scene we let loose stylist Kristine from Love Bird Designs, Citrus Ink Stationary and Cocomoiselle the cake. All delighting us with their create genius.
I had spent some time create dresses especially for this shoot . Using soft silk chiffon, luxurious silk crepes I wanted our brides’ natural beauty to shine through. Using delicate lace embellishment to finish each piece with something special. For our flower girls’ dress, made from silk satin crepe, I used a simple soft silhouette with fun feather detailed trim. Creating a fun but elegant style for the little ones of the wedding party

Love, romance, elegance and femininity. Collaborating with some of the most talented of creatives, we conspired to bring back romance. We wanted to create a private affair, elegant and thoughtful in the heart of Dublin City - 25 Fitzwilliam Place was our setting.
"A bride should be walking on a cloud on her wedding day, soft and feminine. For this shoot I wanted floating fabrics that moved with the body, with delicate touches of lace and tulle. A brides natural beauty should shine through and a gown that fits and falls with the body is elegant and timeless" - Sarah Foy Bridal Designer
"Our model Aoife has a beautiful natural skin tone so I kept the makeup soft and feminine. I used muted Taupes on the eyes to emphasise her eye colour and kept the foundation very sheer using concealer only where needed. I used a berry tone on the lips for our short look, this looks great with the jewelled headband" - Lisa McLoughlin make up artist
"The inspiration comes from a romantic free spirit with bohemian influences that always strives to be different" - Tanya Ni Bhroin accessories designer

We wanted to create a very natural shoot. With a strong woman – The Hunter, that is one with nature and powerful in her natural beauty. The Old Deanary is just stunningly set in Ferns Co. Wexford. We could not help but run wild with our vision on their breathtaking grounds.
Camelia of Austen Flowers transformed The Barn setting bringing the outdoors indoors to create a very intimate bridal lunch. Making also a flower circle to use on our final shot of the day
Natalie and Stacey where let loose on our model Hayley picking styles and colours that would enhance her natural features.
Photographer Ashling, in love with the colours and all the hidden gems around the grounds of the Old Deanary captured our Huntress perfectly.
"We created some soft silhouettes for this season. Soft creams, silk chiffons and tulle capes. Focusing on a brides natural beauty, but keeping a young, modern feel to the finishing details with leather belts and feathered head pieces" – Sarah Foy
